Recommended Game: All big game short of the coastal brown and polar bears, where we generally recommend 30 caliber magnum cartridges or larger.

Specifically engineered razor-sharp petals produce massive wound  channels even in dense, thick-skinned game. With deeper penetration,  near double diameter expansion and higher weight retention than  virtually any other projectile on the market today.  

Barnes bullets are known for deep penetration, breaking bones and generally exit the animal.  If you want to extend your range or hunt in a non-toxic hunting zone, give this round a serious look.  This round is designed for the custom built rifle with 1:8" twist rate or faster.  This bullet will function through standard short action magazines, but would do better at a custom seating depth common with medium action rifle builds.  Just ask, we can make it happen.

We measure each powder charge to within +/- .02 grains on our Autotrickler powder systems.  We seat each bullet with Redding competition seat dies on our Forster Co-Ax single stage press.   We load them one at a time!  Each round is hand measured for consistency and placed into our hard plastic, twenty count boxes.  Each box has a foam insert and neoprene strap to keep your rounds secure in the field.  This is loaded ammunition.
