Recommended Game: All big game short of the coastal brown and polar bears, where we generally recommend 30 caliber magnum cartridges or larger.

Hammer Bullets have gained a reputation as reliable, accurate all copper, lead free bullets.  These bullets are designed to shed their petals after impact, and have the shank drive through for penetration while the petals radiate out and do their own damage.  Lathe turned copper projectiles are extremly precise in their manufacture and often shoot very well in a variety of barrels.

This round is designed to funtion through a short action with a modified magazine of at least 2.950" or longer.  A medium action is also a good option.  Twist rate required is at least 1:8.5" or faster, making this a great option for the 1:8" twist custom rifles.  Optional seat depths are available on request.

We measure each powder charge to within +/- .02 grains on our Autotrickler powder systems.  We seat each bullet with Redding competition seat dies on our Forster Co-Ax single stage press.   We load them one at a time!  Each round is hand measured for consistency and placed into our hard plastic, twenty count boxes.  Each box has a foam insert and neoprene strap to keep your rounds secure in the field.  This is loaded ammunition.
