Brass Prep
Annealing, trimming, chamferring, deburing, priming.
We offer these services as an add on to other work we are doing or a direct service. Annealing your brass after 1 or more firings will keep the neck soft and pliable to reduce the chance of a cracked neck during the sizing process. Annealing also keeps your brass more uniform for the most repeatable results in your loading process. Trim, chamfer and debur is done on our Giraud case trimmer set up. This system is fast and accurate. The Giraud indexes the brass off the shoulder for the utmost in repeatability. The inside chamfer and outside debur are perfect and uniform. We can prime your brass with CCI 250, CCI 200, CCI 450, Fed 215 or Fed 205 primers. All primed brass must be boxed in order to ship.
